We are a family firm, and the family is the entire shareholder register. That structure sets the terms: capital is patient, conversations are direct, and a founder speaks to the people who actually make the decision.
For more than a decade we have invested in Canadian technology companies across software, infrastructure, data and services. Alongside the investment practice we run a technology consultancy, so our advice comes from teams that still ship production systems rather than from theory.
Canada has built a deep bench in engineering, applied research and operations. We work with that bench, and we take it to clients wherever they operate.
